Our Story

Established in 2022

Established in 2022, Virtual Ustad Academy (VUA) started with a vision to make quality education accessible to students everywhere. Today, we proudly serve 500+ students across 6+ countries, including 🇵🇰 Pakistan, 🇸🇦 Saudi Arabia, 🇶🇦 Qatar, 🇴🇲 Oman, 🇹🇷 Turkey, and 🇦🇪 UAE, with a team of 60+ national and international teachers.

VUA offers classes from Early Years to BS Level, including Cambridge, IGCSE, O Level, AS Level, A Level, and FBISE, along with language programs in Arabic, English, Turkish, German, and Chinese.

Building on this successful journey, Virtual Ustad School (VUS) is our second educational project, affiliated with the Federal Board (FBISE), providing a complete online school experience where students can learn, grow, and study from anywhere in the world.

Saeed Khan

MS Mathematics | Honorary Director | Educator

I am Saeed Khan, Founder & CEO of Virtual Ustad Academy, established in 2022 with the mission of providing quality, flexible, and personalized online education to students in Pakistan and internationally.

Currently, I am serving as Academic Coordinator for Board Classes across 12 campuses of Sir Syed School & College, overseeing curriculum planning, syllabus coverage, teacher coordination, academic standards, and board-class academic affairs.

I also serve as Honorary Director of Knowledge Grammar School, where I contribute to course and curriculum design, worksheets, academic planning, learning environment, and overall educational development.

With experience in teaching, academic coordination, curriculum development, and institutional leadership, my vision is to bridge traditional and digital learning through quality education, innovation, and student-focused solutions.

Ms. Sana

Principal

Ms. Sana holds an MS in Biochemistry and is currently teaching at HITECH School & College. With 6+ years of teaching experience, she has developed strong expertise in Biology, Chemistry, and related science subjects.

She is experienced in teaching students at different academic levels, with a strong focus on concept building, critical thinking, and exam preparation. She also has excellent student and parent handling skills, maintaining clear communication with parents, understanding individual student needs, and providing regular feedback on academic progress. Her engaging, supportive, and student-centered approach makes learning science clear, practical, and effective.

Ms. Laraib

Ms. Laraib holds a BS in Mathematics along with an MBA in Human Resource Management (HR). At Virtual Ustad School (VUS), she is actively involved in the Hiring & Recruitment Department and day-to-day school operations. Her responsibilities include coordinating with teachers and staff, supporting the recruitment and selection process, managing staff-related matters, maintaining effective communication with parents and students, and assisting in the smooth functioning of daily academic and administrative activities.

Her strong organizational, communication, and people-management skills play an important role in maintaining an efficient and well-managed school environment.
